Ingredients
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced pork loin
- coatings; 1 tbsp wheat flour
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 onion
- 1 tbsp neutral flavor oil
- Seasonings;
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 Tbsp sake
- 1 inch ginger (about 1 tsp)
- 1/3 tsp. sesame oil
Instructions
1. Grate ginger and slice onion.
2. Add the seasonings.
If you like the ginger pork to be a little bit sweeter, you add 1/2 tsp. sugar (this is optional).
3. Season the meat with salt and pepper and coat the sliced pork with wheat flour.
